If you need any break in any class, ask for it, your teachers will understand and help you. Please reach out! We have a strong line of helpful and trustworthy teachers and staff who are there to help you. And if you don’t want them to help, feel free to ask your peers for help! – Tessa Strnad

Sometimes it’s hard. There are days when people are struggling. If your friend is struggling, just ask if they need a hug. It helps so much to know that someone cares. – Elinor Bickley

For stress, slow down. Slowing down and taking objectives one at a time helps calm you down and think better. For anxiety, just be confident in yourself and what you’re doing. For depression, hang in on tight and look towards the positive. Good things always come back around to those who stay positive. – A student

Well when I was in the 8th grade I tried to overdose with my mom’s heart medication. One of the football guys found me and took me to the counselors office. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it genuinely. Your life is valuable. For me, that really weird awkward, yet sweet walk to the counselors office revealed that truth.
